"Stopping By To Say Hi"

Ok, so I've been going around telling people that have been spamming message walls that the Stopping By To Say Hi badge cannot be obtained. Turns out, that if you sign posts with ~~~~, it does in fact count as a talk page edit (dunno why). 'tis all.
