taught how to use magic, and thrown back into battle. It is somewhat quick but is still outrun by it's original counterpart. It can cast a spell with its staff that can inflict weakening on Pit if not dodged, as well as attempt to burn the angel with a stream of blue fire. This Skuttler type is the rarest of them, only appearing in Chapter 4: The Reaper's Line of Sight, Chapter 10: The Wish Seed, Chapter 18: The Ring of Chaos, and Chapter 20: Palutena's Temple. The headdress it wears discerns it from the regular variant.

These Skuttlers can use magic, hence the name. They attack with a fire spell and a weakening spell that can lower your maximum health. Only the best Skuttlers get picked for this job, an honor that's better than any pay raise.
Trivia
- Skuttlers are likely named after the members of scuttling gangs that formed during the late 1900s. The fact that these creatures are among the few that can attack with a melee weapon, as well as the symbolic cross-bones on their heads further prove their similarity to scuttler groups.
